FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE YARN

HPMS flexible graphite yarn is made of expandable graphite reinforced with various
types of fiber or metal wires and a bonding agent through a special engineering
process.

ADVANTAGES:

* Excellent thermal stability: Maximum service
temperature of 400deg.C.
* Chemically inert: Non-reactive to most
chemicals from pH 0 to 14 with the exception of
strong oxidizers such as nitric or sulphuric acid.
* Lubrication: HPMS graphite yarn is self-lubricating and has low coefficient of
friction.

Applications: Excellent pump packing and sealing material for high temperature, high
pressure and corrosive applications.
