Graphite Rings

Manufactured by molding flexible graphite or flexible graphite braided foil, HPMS
graphite rings are designed to provide excellent sealing functions for valves, pumps,
compressors and chemical instruments.

Characteristics:

* Excellent thermal stability: Resistant to low
and high temperatures (-200 to 650 degree
C) in oxidation environment and 3000
degree C in inert or  reducing environment.
* Chemically inert: Resistant to fluids with pH
range of 0-14 (except strong  oxidizers
such as nitric or sulphuric acid).
* Low coefficient of friction
* Easy of installation

Applications:

* High temperature, high pressure steam
* Hot water, oil, heat exchange fluids
* Low temperature liquids
* Organic and inorganic fluids except strong
oxidizer such as nitric or sulphuric acid
* High temperature and pressure liquid valves
* High temperature and pressure gas valves
* High temperature joints
* Packing rings, turbine rings and piston rings
* Special vacuum furnace applications
